Extra Work Is Billed in 15-Minute Increments
Anything beyond the time included in your plan is $95 an hour, billed in 15-minute increments. Most agencies bill a full hour for a five-minute change. That isn’t how it works here — a small edit costs what a small edit is worth, and most of them are done the same day.
Bigger Builds Are Quoted Separately
New feature work — a booking flow, a customer portal, an added location, a full redesign — is scoped and quoted on its own, so you’re never paying a monthly premium for standby hours you didn’t use. Your plan keeps running at the same rate while that work happens.

- What Counts as Update Work?
- Text and image changes, pricing and hours updates, new photos, seasonal banners, adding a staff member, swapping out a service description — the ordinary changes a real business needs. Larger builds like a new booking flow or a full page redesign are scoped and quoted separately.
- What Happens if I Go Over My Included Time?
- Additional work is billed at $95 an hour in 15-minute increments. There are no one-hour minimums here — a five-minute change costs five minutes' worth, not an hour. You'll always be told before work goes past the included time.
- Does Unused Time Roll Over?
- No. Included time resets each month. That keeps the price flat and predictable rather than turning into a bank of hours nobody can track.
- Do I Have to Be on a Plan?
- No. A hosting-only arrangement is available on request — hosting, SSL, monitoring, and security updates, with all changes billed hourly. Just ask and it'll be quoted.
- Who Owns the Site and the Domain?
- You do. The domain is registered in your name, and the site is yours whether or not you stay on a plan. A maintenance plan buys ongoing work, not custody of your business's website.
